It's playoff time, and Yazoo County had no trouble coming through when it counted. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 47-44 win over the Choctaw County Chargers on Friday. The Panthers are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 13 straight.

Yazoo County's record is now 22-5. As for Choctaw County, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-9.
