Football Game Preview: Boston English/New Mission Bulldogs vs. East Boston Jets

The Boston English/New Mission Bulldogs will face off against the East Boston Jets at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, Boston English/New Mission came up short against Hull and fell 15-8. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Pirates recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, East Boston played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 42-14 loss at the hands of Lowell Catholic. The Jets were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 21-0.

Boston English/New Mission's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for East Boston, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Boston English/New Mission didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against East Boston in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 14-8 win. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Jets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
