Fostoria had won five straight games and Alycia Middlebrooks did her part to make it six on Saturday. The Fostoria Redmen claimed a resounding 70-37 win over the Toledo Christian Eagles thanks in part to Middlebrooks, who posted 26 points in addition to six boards and five steals. The game was her fifth in a row with at least 20 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Kamari Johnson, who scored 11 points and eight rebounds. Those 11 points gave her a new career-high.

Fostoria's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-10. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.8 points over those games. As for Toledo Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 10-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fostoria will challenge Eastwood at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Fostoria has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 189 points over their last three contests. As for Toledo Christian, they will be taking part in a tournament against Lakota at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
