Bishop Ready won the last time they faced Columbus Academy and Allyson Creighton did her part to make sure it happened again. The Silver Knights had just enough and edged out the Vikings 3-2 on Tuesday for which the team can thank Creighton, who had 15 digs and two aces. She has been hot, having also posted 17 or more assists the last five times she's played.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Bishop Ready who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-14, 23-25, 25-20, 19-25, 15-7.

Despite the loss, Columbus Academy saw an underclassman step up: freshman Lyla Negi had four digs and three aces.

The victory made it two in a row for Bishop Ready and bumps their season record up to 15-2. As for Columbus Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-10.
