Basketball Game Preview: Platte Valley Broncos vs. Sterling Tigers

Platte Valley hasn't had much luck against Sterling recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Broncos will head out on the road to face off against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Platte Valley will be strutting in after a win while Sterling will be coming in after a defeat.

On Saturday, Platte Valley earned a 58-45 victory over Northridge.

Meanwhile, Sterling took a blow against Lamar on Saturday, falling 60-29. The game marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

The win got Platte Valley back to even at 2-2. As for Sterling, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Things could have been worse for Platte Valley, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 62-46 loss to Sterling in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. Can the Broncos avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
