Xavier won against Maquoketa on Monday with 64 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. The Saints came out on top against the Waverly-Shell Rock Go-Hawks by a score of 64-52. The Saints haven't had any issues with the Go-Hawks recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Xavier's victory bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Waverly-Shell Rock, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-10.

Coming up, Xavier will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Wahlert. The Saints will need to watch out since the Golden Eagles have now posted at least 55 points in their last six games. Waverly-Shell Rock does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
