Baseball Recap: Astronaut Takes a Loss

Astronaut lost against Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The War Eagles came up short against the Tigers, falling 11-1. The War Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Astronaut saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chase Nason, who scored a run while going 1-for-1.

Astronaut's defeat dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy, their win bumped their record up to 8-11.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Astronaut will square off against Space Coast at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy, they will face off against John Carroll Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rams will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight.
