Volleyball Recap: Nute Takes a Loss

Nute was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Portsmouth Christian Academy Eagles, falling 3-0. The Rams were not able to make up for their loss to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

While Nute was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Portsmouth Christian Academy's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-14, 25-16.

Nute's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Portsmouth Christian Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7.

Nute has already played their next matchup (against Epping), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Portsmouth Christian Academy, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Concord Christian on the 10th.
