Heritage kept a clean sheet against Legend on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Titans 1-0. Given Heritage's advantage in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings (they are ranked ninth, while Legend are ranked 41st) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Heritage's one-goal win came courtesy of Ezra Wright, who's now up to 13 this season.

Heritage has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-1-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those six matches. As for Legend, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-4-3.

Heritage didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Regis Jesuit on the 24th. Legend has also already played their next game (against Rock Canyon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
