Soccer Recap: North Pole vs. Grace Christian
North Pole was the 4-2 winner over Grace Christian when they last played one another back in May of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The North Pole Patriots fell just short of the Grace Christian Grizzlies by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. That's two games in a row now that North Pole has lost by just one goal.

Macy Wyman scored both of North Pole's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.
North Pole are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3. As for Grace Christian, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.
North Pole will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Monroe Catholic at 5:30 p.m. North Pole has given up an average of 2.7 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week. As for Grace Christian, they will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against Ketchikan at 5:00 p.m.
