Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew Ascend Leadership out of the water with a 57-15 final score. The Wolves pushed the score to 46-15 by the end of the third, a deficit the Aviators had no chance of recovering from.

Woods Charter found their leader in sophomore Grant Richardson, who posted 12 points and five steals. With that strong performance, Richardson is now averaging an impressive 2.1 steals per game. Alden Phelps was another key player, putting up ten points in addition to five assists and five boards.

Woods Charter has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.8 points per game. As for Triangle Math & Science, their loss dropped their record down to 4-15.
