Basketball Recap: Arbor View Find Success

Arbor View's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They snuck past the Las Vegas Wildcats with a 51-47 victory. The Aggies have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

Despite the loss, Las Vegas still got an impressive performance from Sariyah Johnson, who dropped a double-double on 27 points and 29 boards. The dominant performance gave Johnson a new career-high in points.

Arbor View's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Las Vegas, they dropped their record down to 3-14 with the loss, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season.

Arbor View will take on Spring Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Las Vegas, they will face off against Liberty at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
