Basketball Recap: Montgomery Comes Up Short

Montgomery lost against Lake Creek back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Montgomery Bears fell to the Lake Creek Lions 54-49.

Montgomery's record is now 19-13. As for Lake Creek, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 17-16 record this season.

Coming up, Montgomery is taking a road trip to take on College Station at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lake Creek, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Huntsville at 6:30 p.m. Huntsville knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten matches -- so hopefully Lake Creek likes a good challenge.
