After losing to Madison the last time they met, Lafayette Jefferson decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bronchos walked away with  a   2-0  victory over the Cubs  on Saturday. The  win was a breath of fresh air for the Bronchos as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.
Lafayette Jefferson was led to victory by  Edwin Rodriguez and  Truong Nguyen.  Rodriguez  had eight  digs, while  Nguyen  had five  assists and two  aces. Those  two  aces gave  Nguyen a new career-high.
 They weren't the only good server: Lafayette Jefferson  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with ten  aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Madison only  served four  aces.
Lafayette Jefferson's victory bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Madison,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 12-8.
 Lafayette Jefferson didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  2-1  loss against Perry Meridian on the 3rd. As for Madison, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  a  2-0  defeat against Zionsville on the 3rd.
