Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rocky Mountain). They claimed a resounding 87-29 win over the Greeley West Spartans. The victory was some much needed relief for the Lobos as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Peyton Matkin had a dynamite game for Rocky Mountain, going 7 of 10 en route to 18 points and six boards. Another player making a difference was Avantae Hood, who posted ten points in addition to six rebounds and six steals.

Rocky Mountain's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8. As for Greeley West, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.
