Soccer Recap: Oxford Comes Up Short

The Oxford Chargers came up short against the Clinton Arrows on Tuesday, falling 5-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Oxford were already down 3-0.

Oxford's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4-1. As for Clinton, their win bumped their record up to 5-0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Oxford is set to face off against their familiar foe Madison Central at 7:15 p.m. on the 18th. Meanwhile, Clinton will challenge rival Germantown at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
