Broome was the 65-53 winner over Mountain View Prep when they last played one another last Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The Broome Centurions took a 54-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mountain View Prep Stars.

Several Centurions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Damarius Jeter, who posted 21 points in addition to seven boards and six assists. Jeter continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Lance Henderson, who went 6 for 8 to rack up 15 points.
