Soccer Game Preview: Tustin vs. El Modena

The Tustin Tillers will head out to challenge the El Modena Vanguards at 12:00 p.m. on Monday.

Tustin is headed into Monday's contest following a draw, the team's first since November 28. Neither they nor Foothill could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Tustin's goal came courtesy of Aaron Espinoza, who's now up to four this season.

Meanwhile, El Modena was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of Troy. That's two games in a row now that El Modena have lost by just one goal.

El Modena's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. Tustin's draw makes their record 4-5-2 this season.
