Football Game Preview: Greene County Rams vs. Harlan Cyclones

The Greene County Rams will head out on the road to take on the Harlan Cyclones at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Greene County has given up an average of 25.8 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Greene County is headed into Friday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight games on Friday. They took a 42-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of Creston. Even if the Rams couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their offense, which had struggled int the games prior.

Meanwhile, Harlan was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 35-30 to Atlantic.

Greene County suffered their first road loss, dropping their record down to 4-4. As for Harlan, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.

Greene County was dealt a bruising 41-7 loss at the hands of Harlan in their previous meeting back in September of 2017. Can the Rams avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
