Moundridge put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Sedgwick Cardinals 72-26. That 46 point margin sets a new team best for the Wildcats this season.

Moundridge pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.2 points per game. As for Sedgwick, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Moundridge will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Bennington at 7:30 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Moundridge has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Sedgwick will also get a bit of a break before their next match: they'll face off against Berean Academy on January 7, 2025. Berean Academy's defense has only allowed 26.2 points per game this season, so Sedgwick's offense will have their work cut out for them.
