Football Recap: Okemos Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Okemos was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 63-6 loss at the hands of the Grand Ledge Comets. The Wolves lost against the Comets in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 46-10 score last time.

Blake Burke threw for 60 yards on 11 of 16 attempts. Brett Burak was his top target, picking up 40 receiving yards. On the ground, Nathan Precise rushed for 32 yards.

Okemos' defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Grand Ledge, they pushed their record up to 7-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

As of now, neither Okemos nor the Comets have any future games scheduled.
