Soccer Recap: Concord Academy Comes Up Short

Concord Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Arborbrook Christian Academy Falcons, falling 5-2. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Eagles were already down 3-0.

Concord Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Arborbrook Christian Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Concord Academy will square off against Lee Park Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Concord Academy has given up an average of 4.8 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week. As for Arborbrook Christian Academy, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when Arborbrook Christian Academy duke it out with North Hills Christian at 4:00 p.m. on March 25th. North Hills Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.5 goals per game this season.
