Soccer Recap: Southeast Starts Season with Victory on the Road

Southeast had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They never let the Ravenna Ravens get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Southeast also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Grace Wheeler and Ari Fiorentino scored both of Southeast's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Southeast has already played their next matchup, a 5-0 win against Minerva on the 18th. As for Ravenna, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Norton at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The contest will give Ravenna their first taste of in-conference action this season.
