 The Texas Tigers will be playing at home against the Whitehouse Wildcats at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Whitehouse took a loss in their last  contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Texas, who comes in off a win.
 Texas came into Tuesday's   matchup having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They never let Marshall onto the board and left with a  4-0  victory  on Tuesday. Texas' offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last six games.
 They hit Marshall with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from 
 Annabeth Killian, 
 Makenzie Wiley, 
 Madelynne Adams,  and 
 Kaelynn Works.
 Meanwhile,  Whitehouse unfortunately witnessed the end of their  three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They were the victim of a  tough 4-0 loss at the hands of Mt. Pleasant.
 Texas' victory  ended a seven-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 6-10-1. As for Whitehouse, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-4-3.
