Treyson Walker looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Slade Fisher and Ryker Rex did most of the damage at the plate: Fisher scored two runs while going 2-for-3, while Rex scored two runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. That's the most runs Rex has posted since back in April of 2024. Cooper Thompson was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.

Twin Falls always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .618. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Meanwhile, Pocatello came up short against Kuna on Saturday, falling 12-2.

Pocatello's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Twin Falls, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.

Twin Falls took their win against Pocatello when the teams last played back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 14-4. Will Twin Falls repeat their success, or does Pocatello has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
