Basketball Recap: Westover Comes Up Short

The Westover Patriots ended up a good deal behind the Lowndes Vikings on Tuesday and lost 58-44.

Kaiden Brown was a one-man wrecking crew For Lowndes. as he made all 7 shots he took racking up 22 points and eight boards. Kaden Martin was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and ten rebounds.

Westover's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Lowndes, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Westover will welcome Tift County at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lowndes, they will hit the road for the first time this season to square off against Brunswick at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
