Soccer Game Preview: Plainview vs. Tascosa

The Plainview Bulldogs are taking a road trip to challenge the Tascosa Rebels at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.

Plainview is headed into Friday's matchup following a draw, the team's first since January 13. Neither they nor Lubbock could gain the upper hand on Tuesday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tascosa). They were the clear victors by a 5-0 margin over Coronado on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for Tascosa in their matchups with Coronado: they've now won six in a row.

Tascosa hit Coronado with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jorge Raigooza (2), Mark Martinez, Antonio Moreno, and Kyaw Sher.

Tascosa's victory bumped their record up to 4-6-3. With that draw, Plainview's record moves to 5-4-2.
