Basketball Recap: Viola's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Viola had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They enjoyed a cozy 50-36 win over the Koshkonong Blue Jays on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Longhorns, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Viola's victory bumped their record up to 5-12. As for Koshkonong, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Viola won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Lutie at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Koshkonong, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Summersville at 7:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
