Recap: Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter Imperials vs. Enderlin Eagles
On Thursday, the stars were shining brightly for Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter in a 69-50 win over Enderlin.
Enderlin's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Karson Gruba, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Preston Dawson, who scored 13 points.
Even though they lost, Enderlin were working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter's victory bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Enderlin, their defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-3.
Napoleon/Gackle-Streeter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Enderlin and Warwick will round out the year against one another at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at. Warwick comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
