Baseball Recap: Weatherford Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Weatherford's offense. They fell just short of the Tuttle Tigers by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Weatherford's defeat dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Tuttle, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That somehow still isn't as good as their 25-6 record this season.

Weatherford will be playing at home against Chickasha at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Tuttle, they have already played their next matchup, a 6-3 victory against Okarche on the 25th.
