Basketball Recap: Mcewen Snags Third Win in Last Four Games

After losing to McKenzie the last time they met, McEwen decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The McEwen Warriors came out on top against the McKenzie Rebels by a score of 72-64 on Monday.

McEwen has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.0 points per game. As for McKenzie, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-6.

McEwen will challenge Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. McKenzie has already played their next contest, a 71-57 defeat against Jackson Christian on the 21st.
