Football Recap: Hoover Tornados vs. Burroughs Bears
Hoover extended their losing streak to four on Friday, dropping them down to 2-5. They fell 21-10 to the Burroughs Bears. The Tornados were not able to make up for their loss to the Bears from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Hoover didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Dveen Aghanian and Arman Asaduriyan. Asaduriyan also made five total tackles, which is notable because Hoover is 2-1 when he posts at least four total tackles, but 0-4 otherwise.

Chapparo's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 103 rushing yards. Another back making a difference was Sho Fujita, who rushed for 114 yards.
