Softball Recap: Pulaski County Maroons vs. West Jessamine Colts
Pulaski County waltzed into their game on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They never let the West Jessamine Colts get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Maroons: when they faced off against the Colts back in April, they had to take a 10-1 defeat.

Brooklyn Thomas made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 11 over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 15 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.
