There's no place like home for Cy-Fair, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Northbrook Raiders 52-3. The win continues a trend for the Bobcats in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won eight in a row.

Leading Cy-Fair to victory were Sean Riegler and Arnell Fontenot. Riegler threw for 203 yards and three touchdowns while completing 91.7% of his passes, while Fontenot rushed for 91 yards and a pair of TDs on only nine carries. The dominant performance also gave Riegler a new career-high in passer rating (170.1). Another player making a difference was Henry Lamar Brooks Jr, who picked up 122 receiving yards and one score.

Cy-Fair's run defense was locked in: Northbrook could only muster two yards per carry. The Bobcats' run defense has been on the up-and-up: they allowed 4.66 yards per carry earlier this season, but they've only allowed 6.2 on average over their last five games.

Cy-Fair's victory bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Northbrook, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
