Volleyball Recap: Colbert County Takes a Loss

Colbert County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Russellville Golden Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Indians of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-6.

Colbert County's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Russellville, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record this season.

Colbert County has already played their next game (against Clements), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Russellville, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Brooks on the 20th.
