Softball Recap: Milan Indians vs. South Ripley Raiders

In what's become a running theme this season, Milan gave their fans yet another huge win on Monday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the South Ripley Raiders an 11-0 shutout. Winning may never get old, but Milan sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

Kynadee Bode made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. Bode has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in four consecutive pitching appearances. Bode was also big at the plate, going 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI.

In other batting news, Emma Voss was excellent, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4. Chloe Hunter was another key contributor, going 1-for-2 with a double and an RBI.
