Martins Ferry came tearing into Wednesday's match with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Buckeye Local Panthers as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 2nd.

The match finished with set scores of 25-4, 25-10, 25-17.

Giana Chirpas paced Martins Ferry's offense, picking up 14 kills. Chirpas got some help from Olivia Harkness and her 30 assists. Harkness was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.
