Softball Recap: Winters Takes a Loss

Winters suffered their closest defeat since March 29, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the Dublin Lions by a score of 9-7. The Blizzards were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Lions earlier this season, when they won 12-3.

Winters now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Dublin, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Coincidentally, Winters and Dublin will both be playing Hamlin the next time they take the field. Winters will head out to face Hamlin at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, while Dublin will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
