Football Recap: Blanchard Lions vs. Chickasha Fighting Chicks

On Thursday, the Blanchard Lions took their contest with ease, bagging a 46-12 win over the Chickasha Fighting Chicks. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma football rankings (they are ranked 21st, while the Fighting Chicks are ranked 150th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Blanchard's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Coric Pierce, who picked up 153 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
