You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Civic Memorial's strategy against Triad on Friday. The Civic Memorial Eagles were the clear victor by a 54-31 margin over the Triad Knights. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 21 points or more this season.

Civic Memorial moved to 19-6 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Triad, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 19-6.
