Football Recap: Andrew Takes a Loss

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Andrew and Bradley-Bourbonnais had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Thunderbolts took a 53-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Boilermakers on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Thunderbolts can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois football rankings (they are ranked 100th, while the Boilermakers are ranked 26th).

Andrew's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Bradley-Bourbonnais, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1.

As of now, neither Andrew nor the Boilermakers have any future games scheduled.
