McDonald found a leader in Aubrey Evans as the squad took down Springfield on Monday. The Tigers had no answer to Evans as she struck out 16 batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit. With that strong performance, Evans is now averaging an impressive 6.6 strikeouts per game.

Coming up, Evans and McDonald will look to defend their home field on Monday against Western Reserve at 7:00 p.m. McDonald is 6-1 against Western Reserve going back to April of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend.
