Softball Recap: Pickerington North Panthers vs. Hillsboro Indians
Pickerington North was handed a nine-run loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Saturday. They skirted past the Hillsboro Indians 3-2. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Indians, too.

Ella Howe tossed a big game, pitching five innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Pickerington North saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sammy Morris, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases.
