With a playoff win on the line, Refugio rose to the challenge on Friday. They walked away with a 35-23 victory over the Weimar Wildcats. The win continues a trend for the Bobcats in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won six in a row.

Refugio had a senior duo take command as Ray Lewis rushed for 121 yards and one score on only seven carries and Zander Wills rushed for 128 yards and one touchdown while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. Lewis' rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 121 rushing yards.
