Softball Recap: Waldron Comes Up Short

Waldron fell victim to Mena and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Bearcats, falling 10-0. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Bearcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Waldron's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Mena, they pushed their record up to 12-3 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waldron will welcome Clarksville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mena, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Booneville at 4:30 p.m.
