Basketball Recap: Little Falls Comes Up Short

Little Falls was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Mora Mustangs 84-54. While losing is never fun, the Flyers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 346th, while the Mustangs are ranked 75th).

Little Falls' loss dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Mora, the victory was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-1.

Looking ahead, Little Falls and Foley will face off at 5:45 p.m. on Friday without much rest, having both just played. As for Mora, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against East Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
