Basketball Recap: Lycee Rochambeau Skates Past Barrie with Ease

Lycee Rochambeau won against The Lab School of Washington back in November of 2024 with 56 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Monday. Lycee Rochambeau breezed past Barrie to the tune of 56-22. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-15.

Barrie lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was William Johnson, who posted six points along with five rebounds and four steals. Gunnar Nelson was another key player, putting up seven points and five boards.

The win made it two in a row for Lycee Rochambeau and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points over those games. As for Barrie, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-8.

Lycee Rochambeau does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Barrie, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 73-62 defeat against The Lab School of Washington on the 25th.
