Volleyball Recap: Round Lake Gets the Win

The Round Lake Panthers earned a 2-0 win over the Larkin Royals on Wednesday.

While Round Lake won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-17, 28-26.

Round Lake's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-16. As for Larkin, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-21.

Round Lake didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Elgin on the 2nd. As for Larkin, they will head out on the road to take on West Aurora at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
