Softball Recap: Pottstown Takes a Loss

Pottstown's last matchup with Norristown could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Thursday. The Trojans lost 17-7 to the Eagles. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Pottstown's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Norristown, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pottstown will challenge Hill School at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. The Trojans are facing the Rams at the right time seeing as the Rams are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Norristown, they will face off against Spring-Ford at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
