Hall and Mendota pushed the score to 43-34 the last time they played Mendota, but on Friday defenses reigned supreme. The Red Devils walked away with an 18-6 victory over the Trojans. This was payback for the Red Devils, who suffered a 43-34 loss the last time these two teams met.

Dylan Glynn was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 131 yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 65 yards and one TD.

Hall's run defense was locked in: Mendota could only muster 2.4 yards per carry. The Red Devils' ground attack was stronger, having averaged 4.9.

Hall's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Mendota, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
